01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the j1880 platform — whether through the website at j1880.org, the j1880 mobile application, or any other j1880-branded interface — you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and j1880 ("j1880", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing and using the j1880 platform. Continued use of any j1880 service following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use j1880, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. j1880 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of j1880 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of j1880 complies with all laws applicable to you in your location.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by j1880 or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of j1880 services, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) j1880 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited. j1880 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be suspended pending investigation.
• Any bonus funds across all accounts will be forfeited.
• Remaining real-money balances will be reviewed and handled at j1880's reasonable discretion.
• The player may be permanently banned from the j1880 platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. j1880 customer support agents will never ask for your password.

04 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

j1880 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before processing deposits above specified thresholds. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents during the KYC process:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used on your j1880 account (for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account details).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested for enhanced verification purposes.

j1880 will process submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending successful KYC completion. Providing false, altered, or misleading documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

j1880 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed on the deposit page of your account.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on j1880:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your j1880 account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• j1880 does not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact j1880 support immediately if you believe a deposit has been made incorrectly.
• j1880 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Please check with your bank or mobile wallet provider.

j1880 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, or where the payment is received from an unverified or third-party source.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction apply and are displayed in your account settings.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• j1880 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, typically within 24 hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within 3–5 business days for bank transfers.
• j1880 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts in the player's own name, consistent with the payment method used for deposits.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

j1880 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general conditions apply to all j1880 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• j1880 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. These contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus funds remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance.
• j1880 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice, including cancelling a promotion mid-cycle if technical errors, abuse, or fraudulent activity are detected.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured betting patterns, or coordinated play — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slot, and other gaming activity on j1880 is governed by the specific product rules and game instructions published on the platform, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply across all j1880 gaming products:

• Once a bet is confirmed or a game round has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or reversed except where an obvious technical error has occurred.
• j1880 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all RNG-based games. Results are independently audited for fairness.
• Odds and prices for sports betting markets may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• j1880 reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest errors in pricing, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Players will be notified of any such voiding.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per game session, and per day. Current limits are published within the j1880 platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, j1880's records shall be the primary reference. Players may escalate unresolved disputes through the process described in Clause 15.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j1880 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated match-betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in j1880's systems. Any bugs discovered must be reported to j1880 support immediately.
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, or using j1880 for any other illegal financial purpose.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, through the use of a VPN, proxy, or any other method of location masking.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at j1880 support staff or other players.
• Creating or using a j1880 account on behalf of another person without that person's explicit consent and full disclosure to j1880.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the j1880 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game designs, graphics, images, audio, video, text, trademarks, logos, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of j1880 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j1880 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any j1880 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the j1880 platform.
• Use j1880 trademarks, logos, or brand names in any manner not expressly authorised by j1880.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the j1880 platform.

Any unauthorised use of j1880's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j1880 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• Loss or corruption of data stored in connection with your j1880 account.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the j1880 platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

j1880's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to j1880 in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

j1880 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered players, available free of charge at any time through your account settings or by contacting j1880 support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your j1880 account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods to prevent chasing losses.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts and session reminders when you have been active on the platform for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from j1880. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, j1880 will block your account and suppress all marketing communications directed at you.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

j1880 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by j1880.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Reasonable belief that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Direction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.

Where an account is closed following a breach of these Terms, j1880 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and, in cases involving fraud or criminal activity, to freeze and report the account balance to the relevant authorities. Real-money balances held in good faith at the time of closure for non-breach reasons will be returned to the player following verification.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their j1880 account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal course.

14 Amendments to These Terms

j1880 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, j1880 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the j1880 website — or a combination of these methods — prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of and comfortable with any changes. Your continued use of the j1880 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using j1880 before the amended Terms come into effect and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 13.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j1880 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the j1880 platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact j1880 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. j1880 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate it in writing to j1880's compliance team. j1880 will provide a final written response within 28 days.
• Step 3 — Independent Adjudication: If the dispute remains unresolved following Step 2, you may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified in j1880's gaming licence conditions.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.
